Job Summary: Required Qualifications:

*High school diploma or GED

*Work will include possible overtime, weekends, on-call and rotating shifts, and holidays

*Troubleshooting experience

*Experience using a computer for record keeping and documentation

*Working conditions will include work in extreme heat/cold, navigate catwalks and ladders, physically performing the essential physical functions of the position, which includes climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, lifting up to 49 pounds, stooping and bending

*Communicate effectively and constructively

*Comprehension of complex work instructions and documentation

*Work with mathematical concepts in an industrial environment

*A personal and total commitment to observe all safety rules and regulations

*Working knowledge of basic industrial electricity issues

*Models company core values

Preferred Qualifications:

*Vocational or technical school certificate in related area

*Past employment experience in manufacturing environment

*Past employment in a plywood or veneer manufacturing facility

*Experience with CMMS

*Knowledge of fire protection systems

*Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and precision measuring and test instruments

*Excellent skills in root cause analysis

*Team oriented

*Will learn new jobs and skills
