Fire Alarm Technician and Fire Alarm Sprinkler Technician

My client is a top notch Fire and Security Contractor in the commercial and industrial space. They are actively seeking Fire Technicians.

As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for service, testing, and Installation of fire alarm systems and devices.

Additional responsibilities of the Fire Alarm Technician include:

Install and basic programming of fire alarm systems and devices

Running cable and bending conduit

Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems

• Customer service, coordination, and communication
• Technical fire protection system project and administrative support
• Ability to work independently or supervise others as required
• Solid troubleshooting skills

Job Requirements

To qualify for the Fire Alarm Technician position, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience working with fire alarm systems.

Additional requirements of the Fire Alarm Technician Position include:

Proficiency with computer skills, MS Excel, Email

Strong customer service skills and communications

Familiarity with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and local codes
