Service Project Manager: Will coordinate project activities while serving as the single point of contact as the construction manager between Boland and the client throughout the duration of the project. Will effectively manage project safety, schedule, cost, scope, quality, and client relationships. Will ensure seamless collaboration, timely project delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Workplace Type: Hybrid: Flex for your day, 3 days per week in person (Gaithersburg, MD and Chantilly, VA)

FLSA Status: Exempt

Essential Duties:

Lead and manage data center projects, ensuring timely execution from startup to commissioning.

Maintain detailed project schedules that track milestones and deliverables and commissioning activities in CxAlloy or similar software.

Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project modifications in alignment with client requirements.

Attend and actively participate in project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

Support the coordination of commissioning activities, including pre-functional and functional testing.

Generate reports and dashboards from CxAlloy to communicate project status to stakeholders.

Ensure projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Assist in the closeout process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Support post-installation follow-up to verify operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with commissioning agents, engineers, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project milestones.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

3+ years of project management experience, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments.

Familiarity with CxAlloy or similar commissioning management software is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Experience with commissioning processes and documentation.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements:

Mobility within the office and job sites

Willing to travel locally as required

Frequent visits to job sites and able to climb ladders

Ability to lift 25 pounds on an occasional basis
