Commercial Project Manager or Project Engineer Construction (Richland, WA)
Cliff Thorn Construction is growing and looking for motivated professionals to join our Commercial Division. We are currently hiring for:

Project Manager
Project Engineer

Location: Richland, WA
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7 AM4 PM
Pay: DOE + company vehicle and phone for PMs

Project Engineer Entry-Level or Early-Career
Ideal for someone eager to grow in commercial construction. Youll assist PMs and Superintendents with documentation, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities:

Track submittals, RFIs, schedules

Coordinate with subcontractors

Assist with jobsite visits and reporting

Help manage project documentation

Project Manager Experienced Leader
Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out.

Responsibilities:

Lead project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

Communicate with owners, architects, and inspectors

Monitor quality control and jobsite progress

Ensure projects meet scope and deadlines

What Were Looking For (Both Roles):
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Construction knowledge and a proactive mindset
Tech-savvy (MS Project, AutoDesk, or similar preferred)
Willingness to learn (PE) or lead (PM)
