Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution. Ensure that contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely, and compliant. Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans. a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred. Experience in electrical and/or mechanical construction or relocation projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Preferred Experience Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
