What You'll Need: To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 100 lbs. or more. Equipment knowledge of: Total stations, GPS, Data collectors, Metal detectors, General surveying equipment, Carlson software Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
