The Technicians are an integral part of the company and perform diagnostics, service repairs, and perform maintenance work on all customer and / or dealer owned equipment.
Heavy Equipment Technician Expectations :
Diagnose, repair, or recondition heavy equipment and components
Maintains current knowledge of company equipment and competitive products
Participates in training programs offered by the company
Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
Other duties as assigned
Heavy Equipment Technician Qualifications :
Technical school training or equivalent work experience
Heavy equipment work experience preferred
Comes with their own tools
Strong mechanical skills, including hydraulics and electrical
Ability to work in a team or independently
Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test
Able to lift 50 lbs. and have good manual dexterity, including multi-limb coordination
