The northeasts premier Civil Site and Heavy Highway Construction Company seeks a Licensed Surveyor with a focus on heavy construction layout for our projects in the Greater Washington D.C. / Maryland area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Projects
• Build and maintain new and existing client base
• Coach and mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of ten years' survey experience, experience working on Heavy Civil projects preferred
• Strong project management skills; experience in formulation and coordinating effective project teams that include internal staff and sub-consultants
• Current PLS in MD is required
• Five years of progressively responsible business development experience
