About the Role
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of electrical projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Youll work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and field personnel to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical projects through all phases, from initial planning to final delivery.
Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Oversee procurement and management of lighting, switchgear, and subcontractor quotes/purchases.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Utilize Bluebeam, EBM estimating software, and MS Office for project documentation and communication.
Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and field personnel for accurate implementation of systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience managing Bio-Pharmaceutical and Class A Commercial TIs.
Strong background in project management, electrical estimating, and construction management.
Proficiency in Bluebeam software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical engineering/design principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and outcomes.
2+ years construction estimating experience (required).
1+ year Bluebeam experience (required).
Field electrical experience a plus.
