Leading electrical projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical accuracy, budget alignment, and client satisfaction. Your expertise in biopharma facilities and Class A commercial tenant improvements (TI)** will be keys to your success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage all phases of electrical projects: planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Interpret and review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution
- Utilize **Bluebeam** for document management and markup workflows
- Ensure adherence to **NEC codes**, safety standards, and construction best practices
- Provide exceptional service to build and maintain long-term client relationships

What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing electrical projects in **Biopharma and Class A commercial TI environments**
- Strong background in **electrical estimating** and cost control
- Proficiency with **Bluebeam** and construction document workflows
- Deep understanding of **construction management practices** and **NEC codes**
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems, DAS, and life safety systems
