Structural Welder/Fitter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled structural welders with experience in welding large materials for the manufacturing of poles used in street lighting and traffic control. Candidates must be equipped with their own welding hood and steel-toed boots, while hardhats will be provided.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform welding tasks using metalcore and flux core techniques.
+ Fit and weld large structural materials for pole manufacturing.
+ Ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise welding operations.
+ Pass a required welding test demonstrating proficiency and skill.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in metalcore and flux core welding techniques.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
+ Capability to fit and weld structural components.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience as a structural welder.
+ Successful completion of a welding proficiency test.

**Work Environment**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
