Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced Pipe Welders for shop and field work in Reidsville, NC. This role is ideal for welders with a strong background in MIG welding, blueprint reading, and heavy metal layout and fabrication.

Job Duties:

• 2-5 years of welding experience required

• Perform MIG welding based on project specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements

• Layout and weld heavy metal structures from start to finish

• Maintain high-quality welds and follow all shop safety standards

• Provide strong attention to detail and job accuracy

• Support fellow team members to enhance productivity and quality

• Assemble parts and components as instructed by the shop foreman

• Assist in preparing finished products for shipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

• Able to take direction, meet performance standards, and respond well to feedback

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexible work availability, including overtime and on-call assignments

• Basic reading/writing skills for completing reports and timesheets

• Ability to operate a forklift (at assigned location)

• Must pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and meet company driving standards
