Heavy Equipment Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This role involves operating a variety of heavy machinery including dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators. The position requires precise and efficient grading work, with a balance of 60% operating machinery and 40% manual labor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators.
+ Perform fine and finish grading tasks.
+ Engage in manual labor tasks as needed.
+ Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience operating dozers, front-end loaders, and gradall excavators.
+ Proficiency in fine grading techniques.
+ Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Additional equipment operating experience is a plus.
