**What Youll Lead:**
+ Oversee all phases of major heavy civil and commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are met
+ Collaborate closely with estimators, superintendents, engineers, owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
+ Manage project schedules using P-6, Microsoft Project, and other tools, and proactively address risks and challenges
+ Lead project teams to deliver excellence while maintaining strict compliance with local and federal regulations
+ Identify and implement innovative solutions and cost-saving strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
+ Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and closeout packages
**What You Bring:**
+ Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience
+ Minimum 4 years of practical construction experience, or 8 years equivalent
+ Deep technical knowledge across multiple trades under your supervision
+ Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams
+ Expertise in scheduling, estimating, negotiating, and contract administration
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and construction management tools
+ Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
