This position is ideal for someone who is not only highly skilled with tools and building techniques but can also run a job site independently, manage workflow, and lead others by example. What We're Looking For: -Strong experience in framing, decking, siding, and finish carpentry -Ability to take job plans and bring them to life with minimal supervision -Confidence in leading a small crew and setting the pace for daily productivity -Reliable and organized, with an eye for quality and jobsite safety -Clear communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers -Must be able to troubleshoot, make material lists, and adjust in the field when needed Requirements: -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Full-time availability, Monday-Friday -Must bring own tools and have a solid work ethic -Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 1-2 years running projects Principals only.
