We are seeking a talented, creative, highly motivated Architectural Designer to join our Philadelphia office to collaborate with team members on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Partners, Associates and Project Architects to develop and present technical and presentation documents for a wide range of clients, project types and scales

Help develop responses to design opportunities and technical challenges

Help coordinate consultant efforts and documentation

Work on multiple projects while prioritizing and managing multiple schedules and deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Arch degree in architecture from an accredited program

3-5 years of experience in design and documentation

A collaborative spirit

Strong communication and organizational skills

A willingness to learn and to mentor others

Excellent design, graphic and rendering skills

Strong Revit, Adobe Suite and rendering software proficiency

A love for older buildings is a plus
