**What Youll Do**

+ Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality parts based on blueprints and specifications.

+ Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

+ Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure top-notch quality.

+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

**What Were Looking For**

+ 2+ years of CNC operation experience (mills, lathes, or both).

+ Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

+ Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).

+ Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak.

+ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

+ A team player with solid communication skills and a strong work ethic.

**Bonus Points For**

+ Experience in machining and general machine shop tools.

+ A proven track record of reliability and good tenure in previous roles.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
