Job Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing.
Ensure clean lines, even coverage, and adherence to client specifications.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain tools and equipment, following safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure job satisfaction.
Assist with minor repairs, caulking, and touch-ups as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a painter (3+ years preferred in interior/exterior work).
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, materials, and safety standards.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
References from previous employers or clients required.
Bonus: Certification in lead-safe practices or specialized skills (e.g., faux finishes, spray painting).
