SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Provides supervision and administration for effective production operations, customer order scheduling, production scheduling, manpower planning and materials control to allow the Plant to operate efficiently and deliver parts on time.

Provides manpower planning and forecasting data, for effective staffing of the Plant operations.
Responsible for the level loading of production schedules throughout the Plant and the on-time delivery of finished goods to the customer. Works seamlessly with production department managers, purchasing and logistics to ensure proper flow of materials, parts and finished goods through the Plant.
Responsible for on-time delivery to customers, internal and external.
Responsible for efficient communication, through sales and customer service, of finished product lead times to internal and external customers.
As a member of the management team, is responsible for maintaining a high level of morale among all employees, exempt and non-exempt, and for perpetuating a union-free environment. Strong lines of communication are to be kept open. Development of and fair treatment of all employees receives high priority.
Responsible for contributing as part of the management team in converting the Plant to a product-focused plant, utilizing Just-In-Time and Total Quality Control operating practices, with emphasis on continual improvement in safety, quality, and the elimination of all forms of waste.
