Test Operator (flying probe) - swing shift

Job Purpose:

Organize and responsible for a variety of quality engineering functions related to improve quality and reduce cost through quality assurance on the quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework, internal supplier material and customer's complaints. Customer interface and support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and identify manufacturing problems or inefficiencies in the manufacturing process, and outgoing production quality recommends the solution.

Audit to ensure that quality controls are maintained

Studies quality capability of machines and process and furnish results to design and manufacturing planning

Prepare inspection instruction to correspond to process and product specification

Involves and support NPI / Prototype

Communicate effectively with team for customer's complaints and provide solution

Know your customer's expectation and drive actions to meet them

Support Quality Management Systems

Perform related work as assigned

To Maintain documentation following ISO

To Support engineer, technician, and OBA for QRQC action whenever issue occur

Handle daily & weekly FPY & OBA report

Supervise OBA inspectors for daily tasks, ensuring proper inspection results following IPC standard as well as customer requirement

Process GAP analysis for site documents following ISO

Job Qualifications:

Education: B.A/B.S., B.Eng or equivalent years of experience

Experience: 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environment

Required Skill: IPC A 610, Quality Testing (PCBA, Electronics component), Knowledge of CAPA, and Process Audit

Required Training: IPC A 610, Quality Management

Job Competencies:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team skills

Good problem-solving skills

Knowledge of SMT
