Typical needs would be for you to: - install new ducting into renovated suites - maintain and install water-source heat pumps (and other HVAC units, like mini-splits and make-up air) - maintain water circulation pumps and cooling tower on roof - report what you see and what you have accomplished The work is on an "as needed" basis - some months might have 10-20 hours of work, and other months no work. You can work weekends and evenings, assuming you have another full-time job. If you apply for this job, you should be licensed to handle commercial HVAC installations and maintenance, not just retail. The voltage is high and your professional training is important. You will be paid as a W-2 employee (and not cash) and also be authorized to work in the U.S. If you have a proper license, tools and liability insurance, you can be paid as a 1099 contractor.
