Full Sand & Refinish: Sand and refinish entire connected hardwood area (1042 sq. ft.) to achieve a uniform color and finish. Important Project Details: See attached photos for current condition (damaged boards, dark-stained hallway, paint residue, transition slope, and general wear). Work must include leveling the transition at the bathroom threshold for a smooth, professional result.
