Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Warehouse Associate - Full Time Location: Charlotte, NC Pay: $18-$20/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (occasional overtime, rare weekends) W e aim to be the #1 electrical distributor in the commercial project market by building strong partnerships with our customers and vendors. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities: Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products. Operate forklifts and cherry pickers to move and stack items (forklift certification required). Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock checks. Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy. Prepare pallets or crates for shipping. Cut and organize wire ranging from #12 AWG up to #750 MCM. Requirements: Forklift certified (or able to obtain certification). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for up to 8 hours. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. Strong work ethic and reliability. Why Join Us?
