Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Brentwood Salary: up to 75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Flexible Working Available The Opportunity We're working with a leading tier one property services contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance programmes across the UK. They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team based out of their Brentwood office. You'll play a key commercial role across two major Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) refurbishment contracts valued at approximately 15 million annually, split across Essex and North London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term programme of works with strong pipeline and continuity.
