and Duties Under the direction of the Procurement Branch Chief, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst serves as the Contract Analyst, performing complex analytical assignments related to the development, and administration of both IT and non-IT contracts. The incumbent is responsible for managing the MOMS portfolio of contracts, which includes Infor Public Sector, Oracl e Business Intelligence (BI), Whatfix, and Infor Support agreements, as well as other non-IT and facility service agreements. The AGPA works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate stakeholder meetings, monitor contract budgets and fund utilization, and process vendor invoices. The AGPA also provides training and guidance to back-up analysts to ensure continuity of contract administration functions and represents the Warehouse in Department of General Services (DGS) statewide commodity contract development and renewal activities.

Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Associate Governmental Program Analyst exam. For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions. Working Conditions

Position located in 1900 Royal Oak Drive, Sacramento 95815

This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Caltranss evolving telework policy. Caltrans supports telework, recognizing that in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksites with minimum notification if an urgent need arises. The selected candidate will be required to commute to the headquartered location as needed to meet operational needs. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employees designated headquartered location, primary residence, and may be subject to CalHR regulations or applicable bargaining unit contract provisions. All commute expenses to the headquartered location will be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

New toState candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification orminimum of alternate range when applicable.
