We are looking for a project coordinator from construction industry:
Job responsibilities include:

Ability to communicate information in both written and verbal form clearly, concisely and professionally.

Results/goal oriented with problem solving ability and a keen eye for detail and deadline awareness.
Ability to multi-task and adapt with the ability to quickly change priorities and responsibilities.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all aspects of this position
Analytical abilities and accuracy with numbers is essential.
Professional and courteous telephone manner is crucial.
Flexibility and willingness to work until the job is complete.
An understanding of permits, project accounting, including job coding, purchase orders, payables, lien waivers, subcontractors registrations and licenses

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Ensure tasks such as updating logs, understand job budgets, cost types, PCO, CCOs, Back Charges, etc.
Project Coordinator will work with Project Manager, Architect, Client, (when applicable), and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents, conflict resolution, safety rules and quality requirements to maximize production and eliminate down time.
Coordinates and manages all necessary project documents from pre-construction phase to project closeout, including compiling backup to prepare contract, change orders, time & material, and other extra work billings.
Coordinates/supports field staff and project team to ensure that all necessary items are in place to track a successful project, including all verbal and written communication, budgets, daily logs and time sheets.
Prepares subcontracts and purchase order for approval.
Initiates and tracks documents through contracts, subcontracts, RFI's, submittals, proposed change orders, etc...
Receives and approves contractors/subcontractor/vendor invoices, reconciles and obtains required lien releases, and approves release of payments.
