- Fabricate and terminate wire harnesses and electrical assemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and functional tests using specialized tools and test equipment.
- Identify and resolve wiring issues, including shorts, opens, or damaged wires.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Crimp, solder, and label wires using approved aerospace techniques.
- Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and harness installation documents.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and compliance with ASTM regulations.
- Follow safety procedures, standard operating protocols, and quality control standards at all times.
