Looking for a reliable handyman to complete small repairs in a rental unit. Must have own tools.
Main tasks include:
- Replace broken/missing light fixtures.
- Install smoke/carbon monoxide detector in living area.
- Check kitchen & bathroom plumbing for leaks.
- Inspect gas line in kitchen and install correct cap (currently open).
Details:
- Check what parts are needed (fixtures, detector, faucet parts, gas cap). Go to Home Depot and call me Ill pay over the phone. If anything else is needed, we can reimburse with receipt.
- Full scope of work will be sent, etc. ---> Possible extra work available for back door repair (if qualified).
- Must be completed in 1 day (max 2 days).
- Payment made after inspection and photo/video proof of work.
- Flat rate: $150 for the entire job.
