Were a local well established roofing contractor seeking an experienced Estimator/Superintendent to join our team. This is a dual-role position requiring strong estimating skills and on-site leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prefer you have roofing knowledge (metal, shingles, tile, low slope), estimating skills, and the ability to lead crews on-site, but willing to discuss at interview.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for residential and commercial roofing projects (metal, shingles, tile, low slope, coatings).
Review plans, specifications, and proposals to determine scope of work.
Source material and labor pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Coordinate and supervise roofing crews on active job sites, stay ahead of material delivery and quality assurance.
Monitor project progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve on-site issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Requirements: Roofing experience, blueprint reading, leadership skills, valid drivers license.
