GENERAL LABORER - Construction

GENERAL LABORER
Hourly Rate: $25 $35 (depending on experience)
Location: San Diego, CA

Golden State is hiring hardworking and motivated General Laborers to join our growing team! Were seeking individuals who are eager to contribute, learn, and grow within a company that values high-quality work and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

Assist with a variety of construction and repair projects, including:

Drywall installation and repair

Tile installation and grout work

Basic framing and carpentry

Demo and site cleanup

Minor plumbing or electrical support (a plus!)

Follow direction from supervisors and project leads

Safely operate tools and equipment

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Load and unload materials

Communicate proactively about any issues or needs on site

What Were Looking For:

Experience in any of the following is a big plus: drywall, tiling, painting, framing, plumbing, fire/flood restoration, flooring, or concrete work

Willingness to learn and develop new trade skills
Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Valid drivers license preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
