Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage multi-family renovation, capital improvement, and affordable housing construction projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. Occasional smaller-scale repair projects (e.g., painting, carpentry) may also be assigned.

Travel Requirement:
This role is based in the Phoenix area with regional travel required depending on project location. Company truck, gas card, and per diem provided for qualifying projects.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project schedules; coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist with budget preparation and material ordering.
Inspect work for quality standards and maintain documentation.
Review contracts, scopes of work, and payment schedules.
Maintain all job records, permits, and safety documentation.
Train, mentor, and manage field staff.
Enforce OSHA safety compliance, conduct weekly safety meetings, and investigate incidents.

Qualifications:
4-year degree in construction or related field OR 5+ years of construction project management experience.
Proven experience in multi-family renovations, hotel, or hospital renovations.
Strong blueprint/drawing interpretation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
