This position is eligible to telework up to three (3) days a week, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. This is subject to change based on operational need and/or future return to office orders. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Under direction of the Supervising Real Estate Officer, the Associate Construction Analyst (ACA) is a technical expert responsible for independently performing a variety of analytical and project support tasks in connection with the most complex, politically sensitive and/or emergency leased facilities projects. The ACA provides project support to the Management Team. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with guidelines of the Department of General Services (DGS), Real Estate Services Division/Real Estate Leasing and Planning Section (RESD/RELPS) policy and procedures manuals, RESD strategic plans, State Administrative Manual (SAM), and California Government Code.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
