** This position is contingent upon contract award. **

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the performance of work at that installation & effectively respond to task order requirements.
• Budgetary responsibility for program performance at the site in partnership with Task Order Manager for overall program P&L.
• Cross coordinates with other Site Managers at other locations.
• Operates as the general manager over all site.
• The Site Manager will conduct regional scheduling, resource management coordination, training execution, property management, logistics, personnel management, and manage contractor continuing education training.
• Site Managers will work collaboratively and in concert with the MTC Commander in direct support of the training and technical MISSIONs.
• All Site Managers performing work under this Task Order will be accountable to the Task Order Manager.
• Site Managers will be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the supported MTC Commander.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA Degree required, 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Served as either battalion or brigade commander or S3; and have completed the CGSC, ILE or MEL4 equivalent level military school.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5 -10 years of experience with military training and training support; logistics and property management.
• 5 years experience in operations and training requirements at Division or higher level.
• Background in training management.
• Strong understanding of the Army MISSION Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).
• Possess a SECRET clearance.
