If youre hardworking, dependable, and experienced in using concrete tools and machinery, we want to hear from you. ? Key Responsibilities: As a Concrete Laborer, you will:
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, compacting, and setting forms
- Load and carry materials to work areas
- Help place and secure rebar or wire mesh
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Operate tools and equipment such as screeds, saws, and vibrators
- Follow blueprints and project plans
- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete floors
- Use hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, power trowels)
- Apply hardeners, sealers, and curing agents
- Cut control joints to minimize cracking
- Perform surface repairs and polishing as needed
- Prior experience in concrete labor and floor finishing
- Proficiency with concrete-specific tools and machinery
- Understanding of concrete curing, mixes, and finishing standards
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working on your feet for 8+ hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation mandatory Will need to drive company vehicle at times
- OSHA certification (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- Commitment to safety and team collaboration
- Full-time (30+ hours/week)
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project needs
- Competitive hourly wage: $18$22/hour , based on experience
