Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer

Position Summary :

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for managing a job with an installer and/or helper, installing high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment in residential and commercial applications, including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and water heaters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC, water heater, and refrigeration equipment according to the manufacturers specifications
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required
• Measure and cut various sizes of pipe to correct lengths with oxyacetylene torch or pipe-cutting machines and saws
• Cut or drill holes in floor/walls for installation of equipment. Use proper tools to measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe or tubing
• Wire and test electrical safety circuits or components for continuity
• Oversight of the crew on the job site
• Communication with customer
• Completion of all paperwork required for each job
• Timely completion and accuracy of all work

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with HVAC system installation, including gas and oil-fueled systems
• EPA & NATE certification preferred
• HVAC certification or diploma preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
