Structural Project Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Lead structural engineering projects from conception to completion
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, including wind load requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Supervise project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Review and approve design plans, calculations, and specifications
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members
• Ensure projects align with the companys collaborative and professional work culture
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on buildings
• Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
