Senior Civil Project Engineer Site Development Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop site development solutions
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules ensuring projects stay on track
• Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and CAD technicians
• Foster client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project updates

Senior Civil Project Engineer Site Development Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Site Development including knowledge of entitlement processes and construction fieldwork previous field experience required
• PE license in Colorado (or ability to acquire within 3 months) with 4 years of experience as a PE
• BS in Civil Engineering with an ABET-accredited program
• Demonstrated proficiency with Civil3D, StormCAD, FlowMaster, WaterCAD, and AutoTurn
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of engineers, designers, and/or technicians
• Shows attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and can work independently
