Project Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project documentation from bidding through closeout, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare project submittal packets by researching, collecting, and organizing equipment specifications.
- Maintain submittal records, track missing documents, and follow up on pending project items.
- Create field reference materials and operation & maintenance manuals for client use.
- Develop professional project documents such as budgets, proposals, and bid materials.
- Organize, archive, and manage a high volume of critical electronic records.
Project Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools (Adobe, Bluebeam).
- Strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience in a construction environment preferred, but not required.
