Residential Multi Unit Construction Project Manager

Residential Multi Unit Project Manager Responsibilities:

-Manage all aspects of jobs through completion of work, including documentation and upper management updates

-Assist with project operations as needed, including scheduling, budgeting, and oversight

-Create precise estimates using your attention to detail, knowledge of the material, labor, and vendor relation

-Maintain relationships with key contacts in the construction industry

Residential Multi Unit Project Manager Qualifications:

-5+ years experience required in Construction Project Management

-Bachelors Degree preferred. Ideally, in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture

-Professional written and verbal communication skills

-Travel to other Western states as needed for projects

-Primary experience with ground-up builds and some experience with renovations.

Residential Multi Unit Project Manager Benefits:
