Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong background in construction and installation, as well as the ability to lead a team effectively. The Lead Installer will collaborate clients, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines .
Perform hands-on installation tasks including some carpentry. installation.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in various construction tasks.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Train and mentor junior installers on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
Manage materials inventory on Truck
Oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment used on-site.
Skills

Strong knowledge of construction management principles.
Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
