Hiring General Handyman in Seattle and surrounding areas

We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team for work in tenant-occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have experience performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks in residential and Vacant properties.

Responsibilities:
Perform all types of household repair jobs including carpentry, painting, drywall work, and minor plumbing &electrical,
Follow the order due dates, scheduled appointments with tenants, and agreed timing strictly
Prepare accurate scopes of work, including labor and materials
Submit estimates with properly justified photos for approval
Once an estimate is approved, document the work with clear before, during, and after photos to justify completion
Handle property maintenance tasks such as minor installations, replacements, and adjustments
Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs
Operate hand tools and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
Proven handyman or maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be dependable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous property maintenance or contractor work experience
Own set of tools (preferred but not mandatory)
