Superintendent, Commercial Construction

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
needed for a commercial tenant improvement project.
We are looking for the following:
A minimum of 5-7 years of verifiable Superintendent experience required;
Must be able to write and maintain a fast paced construction work schedule;
Required to request bids, manage subcontractors and schedule job progress;
Possess knowledge of all trades, and be able to read and understand plans;
Be organized, professional, reliable, responsible and have great communication skills;
Keep the job on schedule and within budget;
