Laborer

Solar Company is seeking a general labor employee to install solar panels.

General Duties

Site Preparation:

Loading/unloading equipment and panels.
Clearing the work area (roof or ground).
Assembling scaffolding or ladders as needed.

Panel Installation:

Lifting and placing solar panels.
Assisting with mounting hardware on rooftops or ground structures.
Bolting/screwing panels to racking systems.
Running basic electrical wiring (under supervision if not licensed).

Support Tasks:

Handing tools to electricians or installers.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Organizing materials and equipment.

Post-Installation:

Helping clean up debris or unused materials.
Basic inspection for loose parts or misalignments.

Skills & Requirements:

Ability to lift 4060 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable working at heights and on roofs.
Basic tool knowledge (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers).
Familiarity with safety procedures (PPE, fall protection).
Reliability and ability to follow directions.
