Construction Manager

Join one of the world's most recognizable companies as a Construction Manager in the Redmond area. This role will be responsible for leading construction team members to project goals. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience managing construction projects with some familiarity with large scale projects or data facilities. This is a long term contractor role with the opportunity for growth and career stability.

• Execute construction contract requirements efficiently
  
  
• Lead and support project safety, schedule, and quality standards
  
  
• Provide oversight for on-site work forces
  
  
• Coordinate daily scope and inspect installed work
  
  
• Assign team responsibilities and foster collaboration
  
  
• Manage project site logistics and activities organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience
  
  
• Experience with Agile, Microsoft Suite, and AutoCAD
