We are seeking an experienced Masonry Site Manager to lead and oversee daily operations for our commercial masonry projects. This role requires a proven ability to interpret plans, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution.
Provide clear communication to crew members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Manage all aspects of masonry site operations, including scheduling, materials, safety, and quality control.
Lead and motivate crews in a commercial blue-collar work environment.
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor progress, address issues promptly, and keep projects on track.
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Prior management experience in a commercial blue-collar trade (masonry experience preferred).
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
