Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled 2nd shift welders to join our team. Our company specializes in creating custom parts, serving major clients by crafting display shelves and various metal products, including drive-through communication boxes. As a welder, you will engage in TIG (65%) and MIG (35%) welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, working off blueprints. While this is not a custom welding position, projects can vary and change occasionally.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG and MIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
+ Work from blueprints to execute welding projects.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication and sheet metal work.
+ Measure and cut sheet metal according to specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Competency in measuring and cutting sheet metal.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Technical degree in fabrication or welding is a plus.
+ Minimum of 6 months experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to operate machinery and equipment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
