We specialize in low-voltage systems, AV, access control, security, and IT infrastructure. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager (Jr. PM) or Project Management Assistant to join our dynamic team and support project execution from planning to closeout.

Position Summary:
The Jr. PM/PM Assistant will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and field teams to support all aspects of project management-helping to coordinate resources, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure project deadlines and standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background looking to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of ongoing projects
Track material orders and confirm inventory against project specifications
Support RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation
Interface with vendors, contractors, and clients for quotes, updates, and clarifications
Attend project meetings and document action items and deliverables
Maintain project folders, drawing sets, and documentation logs
Assist in creating project closeout packages and handover documentation

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or low-voltage project coordination
Strong understanding of construction terminology, documentation, and project phases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management platforms (eg, Procore, ConstructConnect, etc) is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team

Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience with low-voltage systems, structured cabling, or IT infrastructure
Familiarity with procurement workflows and equipment tracking systems

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
