Where Your Career is a Force for Good!

Administer all activities pertaining to contract development, selection and award, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and client specifications. Coordinate relationships with third party suppliers, vendors, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain contract data on Sharepoint
  • Analyze complex proposals and work with staff and vendors regarding contract specifications.
  • Manage the development and solicitation of proposals, participate in negotiations, and administers contracts for goods and services.
  • Manage and complete eMax entries for R&M and Construction contract
  • Enter Coup POs as required for R&M and Construction contracts, MSA (Master Service Agreements)
  • Develop contract status reports for management review.
  • Ensure contracting activities comply with organization policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education - 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years required

PAY INFORMATION: The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.**
