Coda Managed Homes is a quickly growing business building and managing high-end homes in Boston's metro-west area. We provide services including home routine maintenance and management, home renovations and improvements, and high-end custom building (whether ground-up, gut renovation, or additions). We build trusting and longstanding relationships with our clients by guiding them through all types of home related issues, and as a result of this process act as both consultants and general contractors on a range of home improvement and building projects.

What we are seeking

We are currently seeking a Project Site Supervisor to join our team who is experienced with high-end residential homes and extremely detail and client oriented. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects in residential homes, especially the on-site aspects of them, with support from our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in the high-end residential field and working with reputable vendors, subcontractors, architects, and designers. Coda also hires with the desire to provide advancement and growth within the company.

Position overview

Roles

Develop relationships with clients to instill trust in our consultation and execution of projects

Manage one or more projects with the support of a project manager and company owner

Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues, architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and city inspectors.

Manage all aspects of the job site including job site coordination, cleanliness, protection, order, facilities, materials, and stockpiling.

Assist in subcontractor bid soliciting, review, negotiation, and award

Assist in subcontractor sequencing, supervision and management

Management and tracking of gantt chart project schedules

Identification of key specifications, decision points, hurdles, etc. in any given project

Assistance with budget reconciliations, change order identification and presentation, etc

Coordination and Note Taking for weekly site meetings

Site supervision and check ins

Requirements

2+ years of experience in residential construction

Knowledge of a broad range of residential construction methods, materials and techniques

The willingness and ability to be involved in all stages of a project life span, from the beginning stages of consulting with the client to sourcing and finalizing finish specifications and diligent completion of punch list items

The ability to concurrently manage multiple projects

A good understanding of all trades relevant to residential construction

The ability to concurrently manage multiple projects

A strong understanding of how to read architectural plans

The ability to manage project schedules

The ability to manage client relationships

The ability to anticipate and solve problems

Strong organizational skills

Strong ability to utilize and learn computer programs and software

A positive attitude and ability to work well with other people in a team environment

Valid US driver's license and a good driving record

CSL is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
