Construction Project Manager

Job Duties
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and maintain project documentation and implement quality controls
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Hire and supervise sub-contractors and staff

Experience
- REQUIRED- At least 5 years experience in Construction Project Management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project administrations and management skills
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication/negotiation skills
- Ability to control project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation

- Able to speak, write and read English

- Experience in using CRM platforms that are specific to the sale/projects

- Experience in Microsoft products especially word, excel, and email

Salary is based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
